Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, labels sealed, and in its original packaging. You will be asked to provide your order number and email address.
To start a return, you can contact us at salemssoapery@gmail.com. Please note it may take 1-2 business days to reply, and that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7103 Young Dr., Fayetteville, NC 28311.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please send items back in original packing box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at salemssoapery.com.
Damaged items
If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the USPS carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In the event you do receive a damaged item, please email us with your order number and a picture of the items condition and you will be contacted within 1-2 business days regarding fulfilling your order.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
